Our property Journey.

Our love for property started when we bought our first home in 2012, we had looked at many run down house and could see the potential in most of them, when we eventually managed to secure one. Our first home was bought from a hoarder. The owner was a lovely guy, he had managed to clear a path way just wide enough for our feet, so we was able to get to every room. Even through all of the hoards of stuff we could see the potential in the property. Thankfully on completion day the only thing left was a partially full skip outside the property, which was soon full of carpets that we took up straight away. This property was completely gutted and  the down stairs layout was remodelled to make better use of the space, the refurb was done to a high standard. This was where our love for property was ignited.

After living in our first refurb property for 6 months we found our next doer upper, so we refinanced our property with a buy to let mortgage, got a tenant in place and moved on to the next property.

The next property was again gutted and the old tired extension was removed and we built a new larger extension for a kitchen diner, we then proceeded to live in the downstairs which we called heaven, we put a temporary stud wall separating the access from upstairs which we called Hell, we remodelled the upstairs layout by moving the entrance door to the house which enabled us to rotate the stairs which in turn made the layout better upstairs and we put in an upstairs bathroom. Again this property was finished to a high standard we lived in this one for a couple of years. We went on to refurb several houses for other people (friends and family)

Then the next chapter of our life began…. We are expanding our family, we need more space!! on to the next one. We found a 3 bed detached bungalow which needed updating, after some time living in the property we have our plans these plans were big so we had to move out and start the work, after removing all we did not want we was left with just some of the external walls and one internal wall. Our converted bungalow is now a 5 bed (4 doubles) 2 storeys home with far reaching Views of fields and the river Thames, from this View we created View Property Ventures, with secured land we can build luxury homes with a view for others.
